Valve Manifold Box (VMB)

Product Application: The Valve Manifold Box (hereinafter referred to as the Valve Box, abbreviated as VMB in English) is a fully enclosed process gas distribution unit used for secondary pressure regulation of process gases and for distributing these gases to process equipment. It offers both semi-automatic control and manual operation modes as required.

   3.1 Product Overview

Product用途: The valve distribution manifold (hereinafter referred to as the “valve box,” abbreviated as VMB in English) is a fully enclosed process-gas distribution unit used for secondary pressure regulation of process gases and for distributing these gases to process equipment. It offers both semi-automatic control and manual operation modes, as required.

Product functions and principles: The valve manifold consists of four main components: the process valve panel, a PLC control system (available only in the semi-automatic version), a cabinet, and safety accessories. The process valve panel allows adjustment of gas pressure and control over the on/off status of each branch line. The semi-automatic version is equipped with a PLC control system that enables manual operation of branch valve switching via pushbuttons. The cabinet features a fully sealed design to prevent the escape of hazardous gases from inside the manifold into the external environment, thereby providing protective containment. Depending on the characteristics of the conveyed gas, the equipment is fitted with safety devices such as flame detectors and high-temperature sensors; in the event of an anomaly or malfunction within the system, these devices trigger an alarm or automatically shut off the gas supply (only in the semi-automatic version), thus ensuring the safety of both the equipment and the surrounding environment.

Product advantages: The semi-automatic series controls valve on/off operations via push-button operation. The equipment is equipped with a remote monitoring interface; when connected to a host computer, it enables remote monitoring and control of branch circuit on/off states. Purging and venting operations, however, require manual intervention. In the manual series, all operations are performed manually.

Product Applications: The products are widely used in semiconductor chip manufacturing, the flat-panel display industry, the LED industry, solar cell production, and electronic component manufacturing, primarily for conveying toxic, flammable, corrosive, oxidizing, and high-purity gases.

3.2 Product Segmentation Series and Configurations

Series Name Main Configuration Applicable Operating Conditions General Configuration - Semi-Automatic General Configuration - Manual General Parameters
(Semi-automatic/Manual) with vacuum venting, branch filtration series Configure the vacuum exhaust branch line and install a filter on the branch line. Suitable for applications involving corrosive, toxic, and pyrophoric gases where the upstream and downstream systems are equipped with no filters. Button-plus-PLC control; remote monitoring and emergency shutdown; three-color alarm lights; automatic control of branch circuit switches; manual purging and vacuum venting (depending on specific configuration); equipped with a main-line expansion valve; equipped with a branch-line pressure-regulating valve. Fully manual operation; equipped with a main-line expansion valve; equipped with a branch-line pressure-regulating valve. Power supply: AC 220 V, 50 Hz (semi-automatic only); Equipment dimensions: to be determined based on the specific model; Valve and pipe fitting specifications: dimensions to be determined based on the specific model, EP.
(Semi-automatic/manual) with vacuum venting, no bypass filtration series Configure a vacuum venting branch line; no filter on the branch line. Suitable for applications involving corrosive, toxic, and pyrophoric gases, with filters installed in both the upstream and downstream sections of the system.
(Semi-automatic/manual) No vacuum venting, with branch-line filtration series No vacuum venting branch; configure a filter on the branch. Applicable to non-toxic, corrosive, and spontaneously combustible gases—non-high-risk gases—in operating conditions where the front- and back-end systems are filter-free.
(Semi-automatic/Manual) No vacuum venting, no branch-line filtration series No vacuum vent branch, no branch filter. Applicable to non-toxic, corrosive, and spontaneously combustible gases—i.e., non-high-risk gases—under operating conditions where both the upstream and downstream systems are equipped with filters.
