Director of Mechanical R&D / Senior R&D Manager (Semiconductor Equipment)

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the full-system R&D and project management of semiconductor crystal growth equipment, including silicon carbide single-crystal furnaces, sapphire furnaces, and silicon single-crystal furnaces; Lead the end-to-end development process of new products, from concept design and solution review to structural design, simulation analysis (thermal field, fluid dynamics, and structural), prototype fabrication, commissioning, and mass production; Direct the R&D team in overcoming technical challenges and optimizing the performance of key components, such as vacuum systems, heating systems, drive systems, and thermal-field design; Coordinate cross-departmental resources, monitor the machining, assembly, and commissioning processes of components, and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery; Participate in technology pre-research and patent strategy development, driving product technology iteration and innovation; Oversee R&D team building, technical training, and talent development. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, Vacuum Engineering, or related fields; At least 5 years of R&D experience in semiconductor equipment, crystal growth equipment, or vacuum furnace products; candidates with team management experience are preferred; Proficient in mechanical structural design, with a strong understanding of vacuum systems, drive systems, thermal-field design, and fluid/thermal simulation analysis using tools such as Ansys, FlowSimulation, and Fluent; Possess comprehensive experience in developing non-standard equipment and the ability to independently lead the design of complete systems or critical subsystems; Demonstrate strong project management, communication and coordination, and technical documentation-writing skills; Preference given to candidates with R&D experience in silicon carbide, sapphire, and silicon single-crystal growth equipment.

Exhaust Gas (Scrubber) R&D Engineer

Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the design and development of Local Scrubber equipment, leading the end-to-end process from requirements analysis and solution design to mechanical modeling, engineering drawing generation, and prototype fabrication. 2. Focus on developing high-end equipment models, such as the natural gas BW series and integrated unit models, among others. 3. Responsible for mechanical structural design, component selection, calculations, verification, preparation of equipment drawings and BOMs, production guidance, and on-site troubleshooting. 5. Collaborate with production, procurement, sales, and other departments to ensure the manufacturability of R&D designs, participate in new product pilot production follow-up, and address and rectify any issues that arise. 6. Possess forward-looking R&D experience and be responsible for the overall mechanical structural design scheme. Qualifications 1. At least 3 years of R&D experience in Scrubber equipment; candidates with experience in designing high-end BW natural gas models are preferred. 2. Preference will be given to candidates who have fully participated in the end-to-end development process of at least one Scrubber product, from conceptual design through to mass production and market launch. 3. Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks, and other design and simulation software, capable of independently completing complex structural design and performance analysis. 4. Experience in the R&D and commercialization of semiconductor-grade gas handling equipment, along with relevant patents and technological achievements in related fields. 5. Strong communication and coordination skills, a collaborative team spirit, and the ability to handle time pressure and technical challenges inherent in R&D projects.
