Gas Delivery Rack (GR)
Category:
2.1 Product Overview
Product用途: The Gas Delivery Rack (hereinafter referred to as the “Gas Rack,” abbreviated as GR in English) is an open-type delivery device at the source end of process gas supply, used to convey high-purity inert gases from cylinders to downstream gas distribution units. It is available in two operating modes: semi-automatic control and manual operation. The semi-automatic control series can provide uninterrupted gas supply.
Product functions and principles: The gas rack consists of three main components: the process valve manifold, a PLC control system (available only for the semi-automatic series), and the rack structure. Depending on the operating conditions, either a single-bottle or a dual-bottle supply configuration is selected; in the dual-bottle configuration, two gas cylinders are installed within the rack—one in service and one on standby. The valves in the process valve manifold allow adjustment of the gas supply pressure and flow rate. The semi-automatic series is equipped with a PLC control system that monitors equipment operation and automatically switches between the supply cylinders; however, purging and venting operations must be performed manually. In the manual series, all operations are performed manually, requiring regular on-site inspections to monitor remaining cylinder gas levels and manually switch between supply cylinders.
Advantages: The semi-self-service gas rack features a color touchscreen interface for intuitive operation and easy maintenance. An alarm light is mounted on the top of the unit to facilitate monitoring of its operating status by inspection personnel. The equipment is equipped with a remote monitoring interface that enables real-time display of key parameters—such as operating status and remaining gas volume—on the plant’s central monitoring platform, as well as remote shutdown functionality.
Product Applications: The products are widely used in semiconductor chip manufacturing, the flat-panel display industry, the LED industry, solar cell production, and electronic component manufacturing, primarily for the conveyance of inert, high-purity gases.
