Product用途: The fully automatic gas delivery cabinet (hereinafter referred to as the “Fully Automatic Gas Cabinet,” or GC in English) is a fully enclosed piece of equipment at the source end of process gas supply, designed to deliver high-purity specialty gases from cylinders to downstream gas distribution units. It features fully automated control and ensures uninterrupted gas supply.
Product functions and principles: The fully automatic gas cabinet consists of four main components: the process valve panel, the PLC control system, the cabinet enclosure, and safety accessories. It features a fully enclosed design and houses two supply cylinders—one in service and one on standby. The valves on the process valve panel allow adjustment of the gas supply pressure and flow rate; the PLC control system manages automated operation and safety monitoring, enabling fully automatic operation of the gas cabinet and automatic switching between the two supply cylinders; the cabinet enclosure is designed to be completely sealed, preventing the escape of hazardous gases from inside the cabinet into the external environment and providing protective containment; furthermore, depending on the characteristics of the gas being conveyed, the equipment is equipped with safety devices such as flame detectors and high-temperature sensors. In the event of an anomaly or malfunction within the cabinet, these devices trigger an alarm or automatically shut off the gas supply, thereby ensuring the safety of both the equipment and the surrounding environment.
Advantages: The fully automated gas holder features a color touchscreen interface for convenient operation and easy maintenance. An alarm light is installed on the top of the equipment to facilitate monitoring of its operating status by inspection personnel. The unit is equipped with a remote monitoring interface that enables display of key parameters—such as operating status and remaining gas volume—on the plant’s central monitoring platform, as well as remote shutdown functionality.
Product Applications: The products are widely used in semiconductor chip manufacturing, the flat-panel display industry, the LED industry, solar cell production, and electronic component manufacturing, primarily for the conveyance of toxic, flammable, corrosive, oxidizing, and high-purity gases.
