Product用途: Suitable for acid–alkali liquid supply systems and organic reagent supply systems; process piping configurations ranging from 2 branches (Sticks) to 8 branches, custom-designed according to customer requirements; three control modes available based on operating method: automatic/manual; constructed with a PP+PVC housing and PFA tubing; equipped with leak detection sensors, vacuum gauges, and other instrumentation; main lines and branch lines feature expansion valves, allowing for future system expansion as needed; the VMB electrical control unit can be integrated with the facility’s central control system.
Product functions and principles: Two or more valve control cabinets are provided for the distribution of CDM output media; multiple purging programs can be configured according to customer requirements, including pipeline water flushing and purging; operational, alarm, and leak indicator lights are added; and in the event of an emergency, the liquid supply source can be automatically shut off.
Advantages: Multi-level password protection; continuous monitoring of multiple critical data streams; automatic shut-off of the fluid supply in the event of an emergency.
Product Applications: The products are widely used in semiconductor chip manufacturing, the flat-panel display industry, the LED industry, solar cell production, and electronic component manufacturing, and are primarily suited for acid-alkali liquid supply systems and organic reagent supply systems.
